Unable to create Restore Points

It's 9 again (see image 9 writers). Before running Windows Repair it showed 10 (image 9 also included).

Hmmm have you tried the beta repair system restore?

 Hello Julina, I assume its part of Windows Repair 3.5? (I'm not at home right now, hence the question). I'll check it out when I get back hoem anmd let you know.

I must have been not quite awake judging from my grammar below (lol).
Anyway I've run Beta Repair. Is the log called Windows Repair Log? I assume you want to take a look at this?

Lol should be in the log folder.
