That doesn't look good.
Hit the green download button in
http://www.hdsentinel.com/ which will give you a 30 day trial version and under the S.M.A.R.T. tab (I think) will give a report on the status of your HDD, but when you get continuous Event 7 Disk errors, your HDD will be failing and you should back up immediately.
After that, opening a Command Prompt (Admin) and entering chkdsk /r may give you some respite but will show how many KBs in bad sectors it has found.
The full chkdsk report can be found in Event Viewer by expanding Windows Logs - click on Applications/Action/Find then type chkdsk or wininit into the Find box then press enter.
Cancel the Find box and then read the report in the scrollable window.
If you want to post its report, click on Copy/Copy details as text in the lower right pane then right click in the reply box and select Paste.
BTW - You may want to remove (Solved) from your thread title.
