Hi, Yes I also notice the index error after running this tool. What is that index error? It is same for all users or it is different for all users. Normally whenever i run chkdsk, the index error on the index no pointed , occurs and since i use chkdsk /r, it will correct it taking some to erase, rebuild etc.

jraju - Do I wrote that I have bad sectors?
No!!
So why the hell do I use /R (which also checks the free space) and wait 8-16 hours to complete each scan ?!
This is ridiculous!
advanced scanning methods, does not require /R
super-fast scans can detect serious errors of sectors and, if necessary, use /R
but never in my life have I had to use /R to recover bad OR unstable sectors...

jraju:
Hi, Makinero,
I was not giving you solution. I ask why such index error happens and i had the same experience. Now you understand.

makinero:

--- Code: ---flushing volume failed
--- End code ---

I don't know why people bother with 3rd party defrag programs when Windows own is more than capable and always achieves 0% fragmentation for me whereas a couple I've tried never got that far down.
