Stop windows repair from starting up with Windows (SOLVED)

OK, thanks for the Ccleaner hint.. That did the trick, I disabled it thru cleaner, then checked TS, and it was in there. I just disabled it for good

I don't know if it's a bug or a nag to update to the pro version
