It will not help, but I know what is causing the problem.

Deadlock occurs when a process or thread enters a waiting state because a requested system resource is held by another waiting process, which in turn is waiting for another resource held by another waiting process. If a process is unable to change its state indefinitely because the resources requested by it are being used by another waiting process, then the system is said to be in a deadlock.

So I assume you are using a 3rd party defragger or is it one of their other programs ?

I have been getting the same error code when Adblock Plus has been crashing my IE 11.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled it and will see how it goes from there, but as your original post was regarding a dll, resolving those is usually done by reinstalling the program that uses it.

I would like to show you on the screen as you could theoretically solve the problem (workaround) with the exception of Service , but my system has an interface Polish.
