Which part of the repair clears the CSC folder (offline file cache)?

Thanks! Will save us and the end user a lot of time if we don't have to re-sync redirected folders every time we run this repair.

Julian:
where is the csc folder located where it syncs?

Ntense:
C:\Windows\CSC

It's where Windows stores the offline files cache, in my case, domain user's redirected folders (desktop,documents) that are stored on a server.
