Error running App

To whom it may concern,

I keep getting attached Error when trying to run app.

I have even uninstalled & reinstalled App but same thing.

Can someone please assist.

Can you try installing it when in Safe Mode with Networking and running it in that mode, as it could be something installed on your computer that is conflicting.

If that is successful then you will need to perform a clean boot to see if it will then run in normal mode.

If you let me know which version of Windows you are running, I'll explain how to do that, or you could Google for how to perform a clean boot in your version of Windows.

I will give that a bash tonight thanks.

It may also have something to do with a Windows update as it was working prefectly prior to installing recent Windows updates.

I will try unistall Windows update and do a System Restore if need be.

My Win 10 has had recent updates and the program opens fine, but that isn't to say that the updates haven't caused your problem though.

Try what I've suggested and leave the updates intact for now.
