Hi Boggin,

Tried what you suggested with Safe Mode but still no go.

Only way I was able to resolve issue was to restore my PC from a System Image and all seems in order now.

So it looks like it could have been a Windows Update.

You haven't said which version of Windows you are using but Win 10 may not allow you to uninstall some updates, so you may not be able to troubleshoot which one is causing the problem when they are next installed.

So your system is already up to date with WUs - so perhaps it was some other corruption that was resolved with the image restore ?

Yeah seems ok now

Ran SFC & DISM Commands but none found any corruptions so strabge one.
