Unable to access folders in MY Documents Folder

Do the restores just report as failed or do you get an error code ?

This is an ongoing problem my wife has.
System Restore simply reports it failed and no files were changed.

When you are able to can you check that article I've posted to see if they will help with your restore point problem.

Most of those thinks I have checked or done already.
I won't be doing any windows repairs.
In the past that has led to disasters.
I'll just live with it
