It's when you said you had done a clean install, that would need to be done with the install USB.

Has your machine booted okay ?

So far I have restarted it 3 out of 3

That's good news - how is it performing ?

You can usually move the CD/DVD, USB and HDD drives with F5 or F6 in the BIOS.

kdent:
4 out of 4 it seems ok I will play a little how about running your program and what to run
