That only has chkdsk x: /r in a Notepad doc and no report.

I had asked you to use the partition letter it gave for you if you performed the chkdsk in the recovery environment but if you have performed the chkdsk in Windows from a Command Prompt (Admin) you would only need to enter chkdsk /r

You can copy & paste the chkdsk log from Event Viewer after viewing it by clicking on Copy details/Copy details as text in the lower right pane then right click in the reply box and select Paste.

For some reason that duplicates the report when you paste it but as long as the log doesn't report any KBs in bad sectors then there's no need to post it.
