Envelope Printer Won't Print at all - First Time User Here

No - as you will see from mine, when you click on Error, View All Instances of This Event will appear in the right pane.

User the bottom slider bar to see the right pane.

Thanks for your help yesterday. I completed the last steps you provided and learned that the envelopeprinter.exe stopped responding. Please see attached images.

Where do you think I should go from here?

You also have a hardware error listed.

Can you click on view tech details for that and post what it reports ?

What is that Utilities that is reported as being stopped ?
