JohnCoool:
Here is the link for boot repair disk. It needs to be created with a tool like Rufus and then boot into it. As soon as it boots up it will will give option to do a boot repair.

I am referring to the Intel Graphics utility. In Windows 7 and 8.1. I would just right click on desktop back ground and click on Graphics property to to open it. But I cannot do it anymore.

How do you open it?

Boggin:
I found a repair disk download on a Majorgeeks.com website but I already have a Kaspersky Rescue Disk that will boot up Windows.

I have an Intel Graphics & Media option in my Control Panel which gives me access to its settings, but right clicking on desktop gives me a display options where you can change the quality of the graphics.

Below is accessing through Control Panel.

Boggin:
For some reason I no longer have Control Panel to select when I click on the search box.

However, type control panel into the search box and right click on it where you can select Pin to taskbar which will give you easy access to it.

JohnCoool:
I don't have it anywhere anymore.

I will see if the old one can be installed.

Boggin:
I'm not sure if this will work but right click on the taskbar and select Task Manager.

Under the Processes tab, scroll down to Windows Explorer, click on it and then on Restart.

Your taskbar will momentarily disappear and when the CPU usage returns to normal, type control panel in the search box to see if it comes up.

If it doesn't then go back into Task Manager, click on File/Run new task and type Control Panel and check the box to create task as an administrator.

That should open Control Panel where its icon will appear in the taskbar for you to right click on it and select Pin to taskbar.
