Have you tried starting the Perfmon.exe as it suggests ?

That will open the performance monitor. I'm not sure how that will help. I also don't understand which process wants to do that.
In this context I found another event, but it seems just more general so I left it out before.

In Event Viewer expand Windows Logs then click on Application which may list the errors that need to be fixed.

Thank you. I had a quick glance. Sadly I didn't have much time and I'll also be gone for a week. But be sure I will try that and come back here with the result. :)
