I tried the same commands with the WinPE but with the same results.
Also the repair install doesn't work. It exits at about 90% asking for a restart but when restarting the changes are being revertet.
Since the attachment was a problem, I chose to use a random service to upload the log. So I can't gurantee for its safety.

What produced those logs ?

Have you tried running the Windows Repair program in Safe Mode with Working if you can get into that mode.

Normal mode will do if you can't.

Yes I tried it with safe mode and networking.
The dism log is obviously created by DISM, the bluebox log is generally speaking created by the windows setup for the repair install.

Boggin:
Does Event Viewer list anything for when you attempted the repair install or anything else of significance ?

There was one issue with the size for the PerfDiagLogger. I found on the internet however that this is no real issue and can be left untouched.
Also the windowsphotos seems to be missing and some kind of browsers are not started. However I believe these are more startup related.
The process is still running. I am forced to reboot at 85%. If any come up I'll report more.
