Is Bitdefender Total Security 2015!
But:
Even after I excluded the files in the antivirus program, the error still occurs, and indeed on ALL systems. Either the error message like the screenshot on or is it tweaking_ras.exe denied.Ist but probably an error in the file to be.

Download a fresh copy Again here http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html if it does not help, then, you need to run a chkdsk and may have a corrupted Windows files . http://www.w7forums.com/threads/how-to-use-chkdsk-check-disk.448/

That's not it. It is the antivirus program detects that the file "tweaking_ras.exe" a Trojan is contained.
