General Computer Support / Deleting thumbs.db files that prevent folder deletion

Has anyone found a way to delete those pesky thumbs.db files in folders and network folders.  I have many folders with only the thumbs.db file in it and I can't delete that folder. Grrrrrrr! I am using Windows 10
