I bought a key, tweaking, went to install a new version, 4.9, and disabled the purchased key, so I kindly ask for the last valid version to have the benefits of Tweaking PRO ...

Not a mistake, it's a fact: Online, in normal mode, with all the drives and services, set in, msconfig, I'm licensed !!!
Already, in safe mode, set to, msconfig, I am not licensed; it's a fact.
There is no error message, or notification, by Windows 8.1 Pro.
Just, my opinion, suspicious, that my Windows 8.1 Pro, is unstable, before the report, that I mention for you !!!

Não é um erro, é um fato: Online ,no modo normal, com todos os drives e serviços, setado no ,msconfig, sou licenciado!!!
Já, no modo seguro, setado no , msconfig, não estou licenciado; é um fato.
Não há, qualquer aviso de erro, ou notificação, por parte do Windows 8.1 Pro .
Apenas, o meu parecer, desconfiado, de que o meu Windows 8.1 Pro, se encontra instável, diante, o relato, que menciono para você !!!

It's the strangest thing I've seen, to anyone who can understand my problem that I came across ... I explain: Firstly: I am licensed Microsoft, Windows 8.1 Pro
What happens, is in the set msconfig: The normal start, with all the drives and services, I am registered, and this right, in "systems", in the footer of the form.
Already in Safe boot, set in msconfig, system boot, safe boot; my system has no registration, that is, I am not registered.
I conclude that the system sometimes sees that I am registered, and sometimes I am not registered, in a convivial instability, facing the dilemma, and an artificial intelligence, which can at any moment, identify, an erratic anomaly of the licensing, owner , such system being unstable, to the concept truth, or false in algorithmic theory.
Ask, why does this occur?
Has Solution, leaving registered and licensed in both environments, Online- Start normal and Safe mode of Windows 8.1 Pro? :

É a coisa mais estranha, que presenciei, a quem possa entender o meu problema a que me deparei... eu explico: Em primeiro lugar: Sou licenciado Microsoft, Windows 8.1 Pro
o que ocorre, é no setado msconfig: O iniciar normal, com todos os drives e serviços, sou registrado, e esta certinho, em "sistemas", no rodapé do form.
Já em inicialização Segura, setado no msconfig, inicialização do sistema,inicialização segura; o meu sistema não tem registro, ou seja, não estou registrado.
Concluo que, o sistema, as vezes enxerga que estou registrado, e as vezes que não sou registrado, num convivio de instabilidade, diante ao dilema, e uma inteligencia artificial, que pode a qualquer momento, identificar, uma anomalia errática do licenciamento, proprietário, ficando tal sistema instável, ao conceito verdade, ou falso em teoria algoritmica.
Pergunta, porque isto ocorre?
Tem Solução, deixando registrado nos dois ambientes, Online- Iniciar normal e o modo Seguro do Windows 8.1 Pro? :

Windows and its appeal of Software, Friendly Operating System has become contradictory, given the resources these attached in contemporary digital presence to the everyday in a globalized online universe, forgetting about its target audience ... the home user and his inexistent technical support where, the same, the user is the administrator named. Microsoft needs to offer us digital users an Operating System ... or a Security Module with items referring to steel, that is, not breaking or bending ... even if online, without antivirus, without a firewall, where one AI may in the background protect the Operating System and its machine profile is recognized by domain and its connected devices, and not be dependent on a costly factor called support and its experts to the concept and doubtful criteria in percent per solution of the reinstallation; and a feeling of giving as lost .

A word of vision

O Windows e seu apelo de Software ,Sistema Operacional Amigável se tornou contraditório, diante dos recursos estes anexados na presença contemporânea digital ao cotidiano num universo online globalizado, esquecendo de seu público alvo...o usuário doméstico e seu inexistente suporte técnico por onde ,o mesmo,o usúario é o administrador entitulado . A Microsoft Necessita oferecer a nós usuários digitais um Sistema Operacional...parrudo ,ou um Módulo de Segurança com itens com referência ao aço, ou seja, não quebra ou enverga...mesmo estando online, sem antivírus, sem firewall, aonde uma AI possa em segundo plano proteger o Sistema Operacional e seu perfil de máquina esta reconhecida por domínio e seus aparelhos conectados , e não estar dependente de um fator oneroso chamado de suporte e seus peritos ao conceito e critérios duvidosos em percentagem por solução da reinstalação e um sentimento do dar como perdido .

There is no warning on screen that something is wrong with the license !!!
Whether it is by Script / Virus or Undetected Malicious Code reaching critical files of the Windows Operating System, this, the Microsoft Windows System, does not report on the screen a notification, be it green, red, or yellow, only a Blue Screen of Death when milk it is already shed on the ground; Requiring from your user or Administrator a presence to use your Backup tools, since to correct, to discover and to unmask, if it is in the Bow, Stern, Port, Boreste, where to apply size of tools tools ... only to the simple engineer that did not anticipate the Tip of an Iceberg.
Notification by deleting, moving, copying, any file owned by the Windows Operating System and a notification, where colors may alert the user, without your consent, should already be included as a security that something is wrong with critical system files.
The Operational System itself should recommend an autonomous preventive administration, blocking and fencing what is structure, pillar, support beam for, in benefit of the stability of the Microsoft Operating System itself, not leaving the system for some line commands and waiting for an automation by Ship Captain ... abandon ship, launch boats, and wait for someone to empty the sea.

Coloquei meu óculos de Joe 90, e a eficiência ao dito em contexto da resposta dada não corresponde pelo simples na conclusão diante ao critério crítico por menção da Licença e seus requisitos preponderantes ao funcionamento em Estabilidade ser menosprezado pela própria engenhosidade Microsoft Windows .
Não há qualquer aviso em Tela de que algo esta errado com a licença!!!
Seja por Script / Virus ou Código Malicioso não detectável atingindo arquivos críticos do Sistema Operacional Windows , Este, o Sistema Microsoft Windows, não relata em Tela uma notificação , seja ela verde, vermelha, ou amarela, apenas uma tela Azul da Morte quando o leite já esta derramado ao chão ; Exigindo de seu usuário ou Administrador uma presença para usar suas ferramentas de Backup , pois corrigir , descobrir e desvendar , se é na Proa , Popa, Bombordo, Boreste, aonde aplicar tamanho leques de ferramentas...apenas ao simplório engenheiro que não previu a Ponta de um Iceberg .
Notificação pela deletação, movimentação, cópia, de qualquer arquivo de propriedade do Sistema Operacional Windows e uma notificação , aonde cores possam alertar o usuário , sem o seu consentimento, deveria estar já incluso como segurança de que algo ocorre erroneamente com arquivos críticos do sistema.
O Próprio Sistema Operacional diante de sua IA ,deveria recomendar  uma administração preventiva autónoma, bloqueando e cercando o que é estrutura , pilar ,viga de sustentação para, em benefício pela estabilidade do Próprio Sistema Operacional Microsoft Windows, não deixando o sistema por critério de alguns comandos de linha e a espera de uma automação pelo Capitão do Navio ...abandonar o Navio, lançar botes , e esperar que alguém esvazie o mar .

A question for a scorn in monitoring functionality missing in Tweaking repair Pro, Give one more feature by monitoring the Windows Operating System License !!! Introducing a monitoring module to Tweaking Repair Pro.
Synthesis: Please introduce a Licensing seeker in the integrality of this peculiarity and its inherent certifications by both the owner and the end user and their right to be notified in obtaining information on the absence or loss of the data of the License registration and its code if it appears loss of this critical data to the good functioning and stability of the Windows Operating System.
Note: There is always a loss of license and critical data, even if you have a permanent license for Windows Professional 8.1, legally purchased.

Uma questão para um desprezo em funcionalidade de monitorização ausente no Tweaking Repair Pro , Dêem mais uma funcionalidade por monitoramento da Licença do Sistema Operacional Windows!!! Introduzindo um módulo de monitorização ao Tweaking Repair Pro .
Síntese : Por favor ,introduzir um averiguador da Licença na integralidade desta peculiaridade e suas certificações inerentes tanto por parte proprietária quanto ao usuário Final e seu direito de ser notificado na obtenção informativa da ausência ou perda dos dados do registro da Licença  e seu código caso conste perda deste dado critico ao bom funcionamento e estabilidade do Sistema Operacional Windows .

Nota: sempre existe a perda da licença e seus dados críticos , mesmo sendo e tendo uma licença permanente do Windows Profissional 8.1 ,comprado legalmente .
