Everything Else / default apps

On thing that I would like to disable would be the changing of my default apps. Everytime I run tweaking.com I lose Google as my default browser and I lose Windows Media Player for my default audio player.
What do i need to uncheck to avoid this?

I am using Tweaking.com with Windows 10Pro.

Last night i used it for the first time after installing a fresh copy of Windows. My indexing at that point had about 4,000,000 items. This morning I noticed that my indexing had reset and i had to start all over from the beginning to index all of my files. Is this due to Tweaking.com?
