Tweaking.com Support & Help / Computer can't connect to internet after running Window Repair

I got the Win7 Internet Security 2012 virus and was able to remove it but it screwed up Base Filtering Engine. I ran Tweaking.com - Windows Repair (All in One) v1.5.4 and now I can't get internet access. It will connect to the network but can't get internet access.

My computer is running Windows 7 Profession 32bit.
