Have you performed a chdsk and sfc scan from the windows repair program here at tweaking.com? If you can run them.

When you right click on anything in windows, windows looks in the registry to see what menu items to load. A lot of programs can add their own menus. Before windows 7, in xp, in order to have a menu with submenus you had to make a dll file to do it. So when you right click on something that dll is called.

It sounds like you either have a outdated dll on the system trying to make a menu item OR windows is looking for one and it isnt there.

So you will want to see what menu items you have
http://www.guidingtech.com/144/how-to-edit-remove-unwanted-applications-from-right-click-menu-in-windows/

Also at the same time, it could be NONE of this and the shell32.dll file on the system is simply corrupt and needs replaced lol
