PayPal Recuring Payment

I made a one-time $15.00 donation,  I thought, in June for Tweaking.com Registry Backup.  After the donation was paid,  I saw where it would recur each month.  I made contact with PayPal and was advised the recurring would be halted.  This did not happen.  Tweaking.com just drew another $15.00 from my PayPal account.  I am requesting this recurring be terminated and the July $15.00 be returned to:  [email protected].

I am using this forum as I could not located a contact phone or email for Tweaking.com.
