Is there Taxes on upgrading to PRO?

Good evening

I went to upgrade windows repair to pro, which the link sayed was $19.95. and at checkout it says $25.62.
I feel dumb asking this lol but I wanted to verify before I continued.

The shopping cart company I use auto adds taxes if they are required and they also adjust the total base don currency and VATS. Is the 25.62 in US dollars or something else?

Good evening

Thank you for the responses.
It was showing the price in Euro. I live on a NATO base in Italy.
I remoted into my moms computer to complete the transaction.

I did email Shane and received a quick response.... though I am really impatient person ... so I completed the transaction first.
