built in adminstrator help

I get a message when running repairs that it cant open built in administrator for edge browser and to sign in with a different administrator account. it also does this with windows app store app. can you help with this please. thanks

I'm not Win 10 conversant, but have you tried creating another admin account, although you have to create a Microsoft account to access the app store.

if anyone has this problem you need to open cmd administrator, and enter, net user administrator /active:yes and when done enter same but with no at the end. spaces after net, user and administrator

I don't think anyone else has reported this problem as WR sorts out the Permissions so that it can run the repairs without needing to activate the hidden admin account - but will pass this onto Shane.

I never activate my built in admin account unless it's temporary that is a major security risk having (root) enabled. can you send a snap shot of that error I'll look into it.

That is a normal error windows 10 gives when you go into safe mode.
