I repaired my HP Pavilion dv4-1242tx Entertainment Notebook PC using Windows Repair (all in one). It reboots and works perfectly but again develops the problem while shutting down giving the following message--Failure Security Option. It does not shut down and goes on showing the Shutting Down screen. If I force the shut down it develops problems of dysfunctional Windows explorer, missing icons and no internet connection. In fact the Network and sharing Centre becomes inaccessable.

I am enclosing the Windows Repair (all in one) log file. Please help

Any way you can get a screen shot or picture from your camer or phone of the error?

Seeing the error will help me a ton on finding out what is going on

I ran the windows repair again and the laptop is working like a dream. Thanks for your program. You people are doing amazing work. Thanks once again from the core of my heart. I am however enclosing the log files of the rerun.
