Windows Insider Preview
« on: November 03, 2018, 01:09:54 pm »
I ran Windows Repairs on Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview and wasn't aware I shouldn't have run it.  At this point my activation is gone and so is the ability to run Office 365 or for the most part any other program and service.  Is there a way to revert back from the damage.
Thanks

Update:  I was able to revert back to an earlier Windows installation and that fixed the problem.  I hope you put an alert on the home screen notifying or preventing anyone from running repairs on a Insider Preview version of Windows.

I'm glad you were able to revert the changes and I've passed on your request.

Insider builds are just that and may have bugs which would not be repairable by Windows Repair.

If your Insider build is causing problems then you should use the Feedback to report those - otherwise we are going to have another debacle like 1809 was when MS finally get around to re-releasing that feature update.
