Tweaking not finishing

I am running Tweaking. I have Windows 10.
After I clicked "repairs", it started running.
However, it has been running for 1 day and 4 hr., so far.
It is at 4/22 and is not even half way through it.
What is the problem?
How do I fix this problem?
Will it cause any problems if I stop the program before it finishes?
I would appreciate some help.

Yes, you can stop the program then open a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these commands -

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

shutdown /r /t 00

The first two should report as completed successfully and the sfc /scannow should report that it has been able to repair all corruption or that it did not find any integrity violations.

Try the program again after the reboot, but those cmds usually resolve most Win 10 problems.
