If I go into the WiFi /Bluetooth control panel, which enables either device to be switched on or off - the Bluetooth is always OFF and cannot be switched on. Like its disabled.

No, I mean in the windows services.

Right click on computer and click manage, you will see services on the left :wink:

Ok - got it - switched it on
tells me the status is running.
So is that it  ?
