Windows7 Professional- Computer crashes

A week later and many frustrating hours online with Microsoft and the tech at Microsoft finally figured out I need new video and sound cards.  I tried repeatedly to download these from the Dell site as I have a Dell computer, but I always get an error message on their drivers site.  I phoned but no help.

Do you know of any other way or place that I can download drivers for my computer?  You have been most helpful in the past.  Thanks!

When it comes to store computers like Dell, the only and best place to get the drivers is for the product page on their site. :wink:

But as you said those refuse to work.
