Actually this can be a good thing, now we can find out what caused the blue screen :-)

Download and run a program called who crashed

It will tell you what it was that caused the blue screen. Let me know what it says.

I copied and pasted that into the prompt after the sfc scan and nothing happened.  Where do I go to retrieve it?

On the C:\ drive, what did the whocrashed program have to say?

I  went to that website and downloaded the reimage repair tool and wow!!  28 programs have stability issues. 
windows damage is medium.  What do I do now??  Hit repair???

Why did you download that? That was an advertisement, I wanted you to download the whocrashed program, not reimage :wink:
