[SOLVED] Pre-Repairs Scan Help

Have you tried SFC /scannow and reboot?
then download the latest update package for your operating system?
then try again...

I've ran SFC and CHDSK (both options for disk check included), they find no errors, and windows updates still fails. I get code 8E5E03FB every time I try to run it.

How many updates are failing to install? Do any new ones install at all or do all of them fail or is it just a certain update that fails?
Post a screen shot of the error message for me if you would :-)

Where you able to successfully replace those files I gave you and you had it overwrite the current ones in that folder?
