Just a follow up with an old topic

Hey Shane, I was trying to PM you to request you to unlock my previous topic but I got this note " User 'Shane' has blocked your personal message."
Any way, I started a topic in the past here at (http://www.tweaking.com/forums/index.php/topic,2756.0/topicseen.html), and since it's locked now I want to edit it for good, in that topic I asked why would a folder/file get locked in Windows Os for some several minutes and for an unknown reason, in that topic I said I changed some with the antivirus software, but the AV itself got nothing to do with such issues and today I found myself was mistaken with that thing, and might be that solved it accidentally with other things I tried that time, today I solved such an issue by Enabling the "Application Experience" service,  such issues often pop up for advanced users and heavily tweakers, since the Application Experience service is auto by default. That's it, bye.

I have PM disabled to me because of the amount of people who would send me a msg directly asking to help them fix their computer instead of posting lol

I unlocked your old thread so you can edit it. Any thread that doesnt have a post after 30 days will auto lock. If you ever need me to unlock it just shoot me an email :-)
