Once you've gotten the Package files sorted, use GWX Control Panel to stop MS pestering you with the Win 10 upgrade.

Hi Julian - I placed the file in C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages.
I have just checked the registry and it shows the file as having been modified on 5th December 2015 so I guess it loaded successfully.

did you check mark the add .cat to security database here is the picture of what i'm asking
