Hi everyone,
I just downloaded Tweaking and installed it. When I run it normally or as Administrator and with Windows Defender turned off I get this Missing File: TweakingImgCtl.ocx

I have Windows 10 64bit operating system

Can someone tell me how to rectify this please?

Thank you.

petsie:
Hi Denis,

with standard installation path, you'll have to copy the file

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Tweaking.com\Windows Repair (All in One)\files\registry_backup_tool\TweakingImgCtl.ocx

to the directory

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Tweaking.com\Windows Repair (All in One)\

manually.

Boggin:
Thanks for the helpful suggestion which has been proven to work.

Hi petsie and Boggin than you for your replies. The problem now is that I tried to restart my pc, but it is stuck before it gets to the login screen. It has  been stuck there for about 5 hours so far. I did try to boot it with a recovery usb, but it would not boot.

Eventually I did get to recovery and selected advanced and tried to go back to a previous restore point, but it said it was not successful. I tried to reboot again and it stuck with the spinning wheel and won't get to the point where I can put in my password.

So until I can get my pc to log in somehow I cannot try your solutions.

Boggin:
Are you able to boot it up into Safe Mode to try the restore point again - you may need the Win 10 ISO bootable media for this.
