Let's try and find what those System Base Drivers are for.

Right click on each and select Properties - click on Details and select Hardware IDs

That will display the PCI/VEN No.

This is mine for my Realtek wireless driver -

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8176&SUBSYS_818110EC&REV_01

In yours, make a note of the ones I've highlighted in red.

Download http://pcidatabase.com/ and enter the first 4 into the Vendor box and the second set of 4 into the Device box and press enter.

As you can see from mine, that ID's it as a Realtek wireless driver.

http://pcidatabase.com/search.php?device_search_str=8176&device_search=Search

Depending upon what yours come up with will depend upon whether you will need to go to the computer or driver vendor support site.

If you want, in Hardware IDs you can right click on the PCI/VEN No. and select Copy then Paste into the reply box and I'll dig them out for you.

Alternatively, once you know what they are for, in Device Manager right click on each, select Update Driver Software > Browse my computer > Let me pick then click on the latest dated driver if more than one, then click on Next where it will install and then you can check to see if they lose their yellow alerts.

The reason I was asking if you had upgraded to 8.1 was because some 8.0 drivers may not have been compatible with 8.1, but yours appear to be as is for some reason.

The fact that msinfo32 wouldn't load could mean that you would need to carry out a repair install, but I'll wait to see if you can upgrade to 8.1 and if that resolves your problems.

Are you using a HP machine and is your location in Holland ?

From what you have posted, right click and drag your mouse over each and select Search with Google - or whatever search engine you use and you will find various links for those.

To fine tune the search, add or select for Win 8.1

From the links that come up, ignore any for driver updater programs.

You would normally get those type of drivers from the computer support site, or you could either use the method I have described to reinstall the drivers through Let me pick, or create a restore point then right click on each and select Uninstall and then either click on Action/Scan for hardware changes or reboot where they should reinstate.
