Administrator Permission Issue [SOLVED]

Help!!! I am in safe mode I started it as administrator... it did 12 repairs and a message said cannot sign in on administrator acct and the first bracket is flashing and I think its stopped...

the first [ just keeps flashing... is there a way to sign out of admin without stopping it?

solved it started after I clicked on the CMD PRMT
