Registration of Version 461

I rebooted into safe mode after I entered the info again hoping it would take however...

The info will not stay and so I rebooted into safe mode...

The program ran some lines in DOS then asked if I was ready to reboot into safe and I did.

Rebooted into safe and when I opened up the program it started the same way and with the same message..."Houston we..."

I entered my key and id again and restarted the program again and still the same results...

Bottom line is I think the program is FAILING to remember/save any registration info entered.

Just my guess...

That mode eliminates any 3rd party programs that could have been interfering with the registration.

I reported a problem with 461 losing my stored info yesterday have it refusing to accept my key 3 again!

I uninstalled my previous version and did a clean install of 461 and I still get the "Houston we have a problem" window

In IE can you click on the Tools cog/Internet options and under Connections/LAN settings check to see that just the top box is checked and not the one for proxy.
