Missing file error at launch

Every launch results in "missing file" error. The program advises me to update to latest version, but I am already running the latest version.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Version 10.0.19536.1000

It could have been a bad download so I would suggest reinstalling the program to see if that resolves.

It may be worth downloading in Safe Mode with Networking should your antivirus program have corrupted it.

I used to have Norton Security installed and for a short while it would kick out the Windows Repair program, so firstly try opening the program in that mode.
