That is really cool. That is the last thing I like to do. Hate reinstalling everything cause it takes time. Most just do a fresh install again. Yes Shane is the only one I know of that does what he does. Wish there was more repair shops with him in it fixing it. He would be my go to guy for sure. Really wish Microsoft was more like Shane and come with some better repair tool to help fix the Windows OS that they make. You would think they would know everything about the OS cents the y make the OS.

Have you tried the new build of Windows 10 yet that just came out. Oh and one other thing. You say Windows 10 is still Windows NT v6. Just happens to be 6.4. I have read that it is 10 now. Can you check on that?

I lost control panel too when I upgraded from version 8 to 8.1. The control panel was missed up. think it has yo with the upgrade. First version Windows I have ever installed that has not worked right. Just hope Windows 10 does a better job at the upgrade. I will give it a try from version 7 cause it will be free.

Hello All,

I am new to the forum but a long time user of the programs on both of Shane's sites.

Since a Pro version would most likely appeal to those who are more comfortable dealing with Windows at all levels, I think including the Advanced System Tweaker functionality would make the Pro version even more useful to those types of users. This is almost a necessity since many of the "repairs" may partially or wholly undo many of the "tweaks" already applied.

That is a good idea, I can have a tweak section that can be ran automatically after the repairs are done. Even on my own systems, since WR puts things back to default, such as services, I have to go run my tweaks again afterwards. I like my systems fine tuned.

Having the program do it afterwards would save me some work. So I do like the idea. Maybe take a step further have have bat and reg commands a user can put of their own as well

Cool Cool. Can not wait to give it a spin. What you do here is a god sin. Think a lot of use would be lost with out you. The be place I have found for fixing your computer and Windows. Have you got a change to play around with Windows 10? Is it as good as 98, XP, and 7. I Do know if your a gammer you will wand to take full advantage of the new 900 cards the NVidia card and DirectX 12.

No I have not. I have uninstalled classic shell and the seemed to fix it. Looks like classic shell missed up. It was working right till I saw the miss up.

I do not have Library in the left panel. I just looked on the GF's laptop. It is missing on mine.
