Hi.
The above issue just happened after less than 1 month of my upgrading from win 8.1 to 10. Everything was going smoothly until yesterday when I restarted.
Now, can I use the stand-alone version of your utility to attempt to correct this problem? I also don't have a windows 10 repair disk, but I have a win 7 repair disk and a windows 8 installation CD.
