service BITS running in background.  What is WU & WR???? no one mentioned this before.
The driver file HP is missing.
I did all the steps twice in your repair

WU = Windows Update
WR = Windows Repair

how do I do that?  WU    WR   safe mode?

Next I will give you the link to download the FULL SP1 install, but you didnt tell me if you are on 32 or 64 bit like I asked :-)
