Hello, this is my first post! I am happy to be here, unfortunately I wish it was on happier circumstances. I've been hacked and it's been going on for about a month and a half or so; so bad Apple doesn't want my iPhone near these PC's (desktop and laptop). My computer runs Windows 10, and these people have taken any information (as in got in, went through my documents, stole from me and I got nothing now) and still to this day they are "listening".

If I post a couple of pictures would it help? No worries about IP's, everything is private networking and I can't get to them. I want them gone, out of my life. Monitoring every move online? Not fun at all. If there's information that needs to be added, I'll be glad to.

Thanks

chica

I think you would be better off posting this on a forum that has specialist malware removal people.

bleepingcomputer.com has such a section https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/

After you have registered, scroll down to the Virus removal section and open a thread in there.

Desktop, laptop, my iPhone is/was corrupt per Apple. Just checked the system and got a long list that I took pictures of, lots if IP's "listening" and "established". Crazy, more than 20. I am savvy but on this instance I don't know how to proceed. Gotta go to basics I guess, from the Microsoft account itself and kick out any anomaly re: networking, the account itself, but I need to find the damn backdoor.

See if the guys on the bleepingcomputer.com forum can help you.

Malware removal is a specialist subject and while we have a member of their team registered as a member on here, I'd have to dig out his name and send him a PM.

Their forum is the best place to go and good luck.

I recommend that you follow Boggin's advice.  I am the Bleeping Computer Malware Response Team member who is also registered here, but there are many qualified malware removal specialists over at Bleeping Computer.  I will look for your post over there, if it has not already been taken by one of my Bleeping Computer MRT colleagues.  Please register at Bleeping Computer and then follow the instructions at this link to expedite receiving help.

Have a great day.

Thanks, Phil - I figured it would be better for Chica to go to the main forum rather than you work it on here.

Tom.

Tom:

You're right that he should go to the main BC Virus Removal Forum.  More qualified malware removal specialists over there, and I am not sure that Tweaking.com really wants to start "competing" with BC, G2G, Malwarebytes, etc., all of whom have dedicated malware removal forums.  Even Sysnative has a dedicated "Security Arena" these days.

These Forums seem more focused on non-malware-related Windows issues, which is what your Windows Repair All-In-One program so effectively tackles.  I have had more than one of my BC virus removal clients resort to WRAIO once we got the malware out, so that it could repair the damage that had been caused by the malware infestation.

Have a great day.  We will try to take good care of chica.

Regards,
-Phil
