In the picture in reply #5 I see that there is a "Lower filters" there namned: LVUSBS64 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\CONTROL\CLASS\6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F
I think LVUSBS64 belongs to Logitech.

Have you tried Webcam Diagnostics?
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/WebCam/Webcam-Diagnostics.shtml
Just download to desktop and start "CamDiag64"
Maybe we got some more clue there!?

Check if you have this in the registry?
1. Click on start, in search type regedit and click on it to open
2. Open the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
3. Make sure the value of UpperFilters contains ksthunk line.

Glad you fixed it!  ;D

I myself have had the same problem as you with explorer.exe crashes when I right-click and that time it was spybot which were the cause of the problem.

davieg what version of windows do you have?

Do you have a laptop? If so then you can try recording when the laptops power supply is unplugged to determine if the laptops power supply is causing a hum.

In Audacity have you set it up to receive audio via the M101USB?
You can read more here on page 4 http://www.numark.com/images/product_downloads/m101usb___quickstart_guide___v1.0.pdf

MrGED05 do you have Spybot 2 installed?

You can try to Disable Spybot 2's Explorer integration by doing this if you have Spybot 2 installed!

You do not need to uninstall Spybot 2, you can simply disable the feature that is causing the issue.
Run the Start Center, switch to advanced mode and start Settings.
Now open the tab "System Integration“. Here you can uninstall "Windows Explorer integration“.
Click "Apply“ and "OK“ afterwards. Settings can also be launched via SDTray (the small Spybot 2 icon beside your systems clock in the taskbar).

If you have the main window in "Windows Repair" open, you will find the log files in the tab "Settings", click on the "Open Log Folder" button.

I have IE 11 and first I tried to install 12.0.0.43 (Plugin-based browsers) but it didn't work.
So I then tried to install Flash Player 12.0.0.38 (Internet Explorer) and it worked!
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Here is the uninstaller for flash player : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

After you have done an uninstall look in these folders for leftovers: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
and for 64-bit system: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash. Is there any leftover delete them and then
you can try to install flash player again.  This worked for me!

I have nvidia graphic card.

Feedback & Suggestions / Registry Backup is much faster with ssd drive!
« on: January 09, 2014, 10:49:20 am »
I replaced my hard drive for an SSD drive on my dell laptop, previously it took Registry Backup approximately 2 minutes and 10 seconds to to be completed when I scheduled it to start when windows starts. With ssd drive, it takes about 45 seconds.  ;D

To find the event viewer do this!

Click Start | Run and type 'eventvwr.msc' (without the quotes) in the Open:
window

Press the Enter key or Click the OK radio button.

Click on Application in the Event log

Click on View | Filter.

In the Event Source dropdown control, choose WinLogon. Click Apply and then
OK.

This will give you a list of the Winlogon events -- including Chkdsk.

If I minimize the the main window and open it again, it redraw the window, but if I open another window on top of it, it's still invisible.

I can live with this problem if it is just me who has it!

If I click on the titlebar and move, nothing happens.

But if I click in the middle of the program it look like this.

Maybe I should try to uninstall and reinstall the program?

Tomas

I have the same as you: Win7 64bit.

Since version 2.0.0 in Windows Repair (All In One) the main window becomes invisible,
then I have ticked "Always on top" in "start repairs" if I open and then close it again

I attach pictures so you understand! The main windows should look like tweak3.jpg.

IObit Uninstaller is free and also have forced uninstall (Even a program is not listed in Windows built-in Add/Remove Programs, this feature still can help you automatically find the program's leftovers and traces in your system and remove them completely.)
