All web browsers open with a page when you ask it to go to a URL.

If the web browser opens to a page that says "page unavailable or blocked." it's not going to the site.
That is how the browser tells you it's not going to show you the site.

It's simple. I want to block the ability to open any site, even https://google.com or https://www.tweaking.com. Any page, it doesn't matter what page it is.
Why is this not possible?
I paste the address into all browsers and still the page opens with the message: page unavailable or blocked.

Does your user have administrator rights?

On the folder the files are located in, do a right click and select Properties.
Across the top tab select Security.
Select Advanced.
Post a screen shot of the window.

They are  all files in Outlook- Personal Storage Table (PST) File.

What browser are you using?

Please add a print screen of the block you have in the browser.

I am trying to change the user in Windows 10 from Jeff to Victor.
I have created a user Victor. I have deleted the user Jeff.
I have renamed the folder Users/Jeff to Users/Victor.
I have changed all registry entries from Jeff to Victor.
I would like to change all JUNCTIONs from Jeff to Victor.

How can I change all entries from Jeff to Victor?

If I pay for the Pro version can I get a custom script to change the Junctions from Jeff to Victor?

Why isn't there a single overworld tool that can block the opening of a browser with an already blocked page in the browser? I've already applied maxi blockers whatever are available for browsers, total blockers in Windows security, antiviruses, everything you can think of, and this blocked page still opens! This is catastrophe, the error occurs on any PC withWindows 10. there is no solution,and I can never find any solution , maybe something should be set in system32 HOSTS ????

It should be noted that I used Windows Repair version 4.13.1 (Free).
