I've personally never messed with those registry value's.. on the other hand...

here is how windows boot's up as stated "verbatim" this article below

Code: [Select]
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-start-program-before-user-logon-windows-7/2bff97c4-c037-437c-9fa7-b143a3ae5189
1. HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute. This can include instructions to schedule the running of chkdsk but not user programs.

2. Services start next, followed by the RunServicesOnce and RunServices registry keys (if present)

3. User then logs on to the system

4. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\UserInit. This points to the program C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe and the entry ends with a comma. Other programs can be started from this key by appending them and separating them with a comma.

5. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell. This should contain just one entry, explorer.exe.

6. Program entries in these 2 registry keys for ALL USERS start next:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and \RunOnce

7. Program entries in these 2 registry keys for CURRENT USER start next:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and \RunOnce

8. Programs in the Startup Folders of All Users and Current U

I recommend trying to...
1.run this as a scheduled task.
2.make sure other programs are not starting up that is slowing this program down.
3.increase the hardware of this machine to start this application.

run the windows repair tool select option 16 repair windows updates no need to reboot then try running the command that boggin gave you again thank you for that error code hopefully this is a quick fix.

7
now do you have an icon on your desktop ex:a shortcut?
does it have this argument on it. /silent our /supersilent
the reason i ask is because it will consider that as an autoback up and cancel the back up because you have it set for
Only1AutoBackupPerDay=1

it all depends on what is causing that error to be honest. what i would do is try to run the program and all the steps 98% of the repairs are registry related. so you can easily restore the registry and it will be as if the WrAio never ran.
Now with that said do you get this error when you run windows store and try to update apps?

its in task scheduler or if you want you can disable it from starting from in the program here is a snapshot

After running the command chkdsk /f at boot to check your harddrive, Finding the log in event viewer can be hard to some people so I wrote a simple command to run in powershell after the computer boots up just type in this
Code: [Select]
(Get-EventLog -LogName Application -Source wininit | Select-Object -Last 1 -ExpandProperty message) | out-file -filepath $env:homepath\desktop\chkdsk.txt that should place a txt file named chkdsk on your desktop so you can easily view the log without having to navigate the event log and look for it.

oh another thing about safemode is if you are running with wifi 3rd party drivers don't load so even in safemode with networking you probably won't get internet unless you are hardlined in the router.

21
weird after you hit the reboot to safe mode on the second box when it says safemode set would you like to reboot now hit no open up cmd type in
Code: [Select]
bcdedit /enum

hmmm okay which version of windows are you running exactly?

23
yep that is your antivirus killing the repairs so what you need to do is go in safe mode. and the no networking issue if you see a red x over the network adapter its a lie windows 10 likes to say it has no connection in safemode when it does its weird.

24
i see your problem see kaspersky on the bottom you need to run the program in safemode with networking your antivirus killed the repair from running go ahead and stop the repairs for now and hit the reboot to safe mode re run all the repairs.
