Please this license agreement carefully before continuing with this installation. Tweaking LLC’s end-user license agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Tweaking LLC and the software products listed and associated software components. By installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install the software.
2. Grant of License
Tweaking LLC grants you the right to install and use a copy or copies of Tweaking.com Windows Repair, within the limits of the below license restrictions, on a computer with an appropriately licensed operating system. You may likewise make backups of Tweaking.com Windows Repair as needed for archival purposes.
This Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets, and other proprietary material. Non-profits or charities may use the free version without purchasing a license.
5. Home / PRO License Restrictions
The Home or PRO License version of Tweaking.com Windows Repair is valid for one computer only. The Home / PRO License is intended for use in a personal computer environment and is a per-computer license. More than one person may use this computer, but only one person may use this license at a time.
6. Shop Technicians License Restrictions
The Shop Technicians License version of Tweaking.com Windows Repair is valid for 1 Technician only. This license is intended for a computer repair shop or network management environment. This license is to be used by one person (The licensed Computer Technician) on multiple machines, but only one person may use this license.
7. Call Center License Restrictions
The Call Center version of Tweaking.com Windows Repair is valid for 1 Technician only. This license is intended for a call center / remote computer repair environment. This license is to be used by one person on multiple machines, but only one person may use this license. This license is available only by contacting [email protected]
8. Enterprise License Restrictions
The Enterprise License version of Tweaking.com Windows Repair is valid for an unlimited number of computers at a total number of sites belonging specifically to the purchasing company. This license is available only by contacting [email protected].
9. Other Rights and Limitations
You must not alter or remove copyright notices on any copies of the software. You may not distribute registered copies of the software to third parties. Free versions available for download from Tweaking LLC’s website may be freely distributed with written permission from Tweaking LLC – this does not include paid-for versions. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the software.
10. Update Checks
Tweaking.com Windows Repair will occasionally check for a newer version with our updated servers (Tweaking.com). During this update process, Tweaking.com Windows Repair will send the data needed to update the software and verify the license correctly. The data may include; Product versions, Registered User Names, License Hash, and Windows versions. You can opt out of these update checks at any time by deselecting the “Check for updates at program start up” option in the Tweaking.com Windows Repair Settings window. You may not opt out of the license verification.
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this EULA will result in the immediate termination of this license. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using Tweaking.com – Windows Repair and destroy all copies of Tweaking.com – Windows Repair.
12. No Warranties
Tweaking LLC expressly disclaims any warranty for the software. The program is provided ‘as is’ and without warranty of any kind, and as such, in no event will Tweaking.com be liable for any consequential, incidental, or direct damages suffered while using the software.
Tweaking LLC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any information, text, graphics, links, or other items contained within the software. Tweaking LLC makes no warranties respecting any harm that the transmission of a computer virus or other such computer program may cause. Tweaking LLC disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or any third party.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tweaking LLC be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information from either the use or the inability to use the software, even if Tweaking LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Tweaking LLC be liable for loss of data or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
Tweaking LLC shall have no liability regarding the content of the software, including but not limited to errors or omissions, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights, or the disclosure of confidential information.
